Effective October 21, 2026
This website, its Budget Fit Calculator and our Facebook and Messenger lead forms are run by Richard Dennis Cuagdan, an authorized Mitsubishi Sales Executive in San Jose del Monte (SJDM), Bulacan. This is his independent personal sales website, not the website of Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation. He is responsible for the personal information you share with us.
We use your information only to send you vehicle quotations, financing options and Mitsubishi promos that you asked about, and to follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the dealership and its partner financing institutions when you ask us to process a quotation or loan application.
We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. These tools collect anonymous behavioral data such as pages viewed, clicks and scrolling. Text typed into forms is masked and not recorded by Clarity. We also keep the ad or link that first brought you here (UTM tags and click IDs such as fbclid) in your browser’s session storage and a first-party cookie for 30 days, and include it with any form you send, so we know which ads work.
To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, we use simple checks in your browser (such as a hidden field and submission timing) and may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics to tell people from bots. It runs invisibly for most visitors and does not use advertising cookies. Turnstile is governed by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum; see also Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
If you click “Notify me” and allow notifications in your browser, our notification provider OneSignal stores a browser subscription ID, your browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, and the page and car model you were viewing, so I, Richard Cuagdan, can send you new promos, blog posts and Mitsubishi updates. We never collect your name or contact details this way. To unsubscribe, block notifications for mitsubishi-sjdm.com in your browser’s site settings.
Your information is stored securely, can be accessed only by authorized dealership staff, and is kept only as long as needed for your inquiry or as the law requires.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to be informed, to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its processing, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
To ask about your data, correct it, or have it deleted, message Richard Dennis Cuagdan through our Facebook Page or in Messenger, or meet Richard in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm).
